We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time. You may not use the Service to develop competitive products, reverse engineer the Service, use automated tools, or resell the Service. Each user must have their own account and may not share it.

Rights You Grant to Hautech Co.: By using the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your prompts and Assets. This license survives termination of this Agreement.
We retain the proprietary right to these photos for AI training and improving our algorithms.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights are infringed, contact us at support@hautech.ai with the necessary information. We may remove or disable access to infringing material and terminate repeat infringers' access.
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration according to the American Arbitration Association's rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Delaware, USA. Each party bears its own legal fees. These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
Payments are processed through Stripe, which supports various methods. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for the current period. See our separate page for subscription details.
Users must not generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights. Violations may result in account termination. Users must comply with all applicable laws.
